Shared ownership

We offer a variety of new-build apartments and family homes to enable you to get on the property ladder at a price you can afford. Shared ownership allows you to buy a share in a property — usually between 25% and 75%, at an affordable price, with shares typically purchased using a mortgage. Rent is then paid on the outstanding share as well as any service charges or ground rents.

I work as part of the sales team, assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager with the customer journey, as well as working closely with the site team throughout key stages of the build. I’m passionate about quality assurance within our new homes and work closely with the site team to ensure they are ready for handover.

Hello, I’m Nicki, I joined the ForLiving Sales team in September 2018 and prior to this I worked for the ForHousing Development team since September 2015. I’m passionate about all things Shared Ownership and helping first time buyers get on the property ladder. I’ve worked on over 60 Shared Ownership sales since joining the business and love assisting people to Staircase to 100% ownership. Outside of work I love spending time with my fiancé and handsome springer, Tucker! Going to the gym and socialising with friends and family.
