7 days Visit

7 days after moving into your new home a member of our sales team and the customer care team will come to visit you at your property. Following this visit, the Customer Care Team will contact you to discuss/organise any appointments needed in the future.

30 days Visit

The customer care team will visit you again at your property after 30 days. This is a courtesy call, just to check everything is going well! Should you need any further support after moving in, customer care are readily available to help you every step of the way.
